Our Story
Hi! I'm a single mom travelling the world with my kid, defying stereotypes and daring you to do the same.
In 2012, my son and I embarked on a new life in China that changed everything. It was new, it was different, and it was terrifying - at first. Moving across the world alone with my son was an incredibly enriching experience that prompted me to recognize my immense potential as a single mother. I learned to face many fears and discovered how to cope and how to "tune in" to my inner compass, even when it was difficult and I just plain didn't want to. |
When we returned home to Toronto four years later, we had forty countries under our belt and Zac was becoming a budding photographer of some pretty amazing sights.
With Zachary about to enter high school, we decided to make Canada our base, close to family and friends - but we brought our Lucky Chinese dog home with us, our global mentality, and our adventurous spirit. We've now visited 6 continents and are gaining on 50 countries. It is my hope that by sharing our story, you too may dare to push out of your comfort zone and create a more spectacular life! |
There are many rewards and possibilities that make this [single mother] family status desirable and rich with possibilities.
